At Moulin de Gaubourg, our vision is to celebrate the art of living in the Loire Valley. The Loire Valley is renowned for its exceptional vineyards, and Moulin de Gaubourg proudly reflects this rich winemaking heritage. Our selection highlights local appellations such as Anjou, Coteaux du Layon, and Saumur, known for their elegance and balance. Guests can enjoy guided tastings, discover nearby wine estates, and experience the authentic flavors that define this celebrated region.



MON GARENNE

PGI Loire Valley
Alcohol content: 12%
Grape variety: Grolleau Noir

Terroir: Vines aged between 50 and 60 years, planted on shallow sandy silt soil over a base of grey schist rock with quartz veins.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes, fully destemmed, followed by approximately 3 weeks of maceration in vats, then aged for one year in barrels.

ROSA 2024

PGI Loire Valley
Alcohol content: 11.5%
Grape variety: Grolleau Noir

Terroir: Vines aged between 50 and 60 years, planted on shallow sandy silt soil over a grey schist rock base with quartz veins.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes, fully destemmed, followed by about 3 weeks of maceration in vats, then aged for one year in barrels.

GRAND PIERRE

AOC Anjou Blanc
Alcohol content: 12%
Grape variety: Chenin Blanc

Terroir: From the Grand Pierre sector, the vines — aged between 6 and 70 years — are planted on shallow sandy silt soil over a grey schist rock base with quartz veins.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes, followed by fermentation and 9 months of barrel aging.
