The breakfast
The breakfast, moment of conviviality, will be served according to the weather report on the terrace or in the adjacent living-room. You can taste milk products, seasonal fruits, fresh fruit juice, bread and croissants and, according to the day envy, waffle, pain perdu or crêpes…Jams, tea are local manufacturing that you could buy in our shop. Our coffee and our hot chocolate are made with products from the small delicatessen of Brissac that we advise you to visit.

Willing to discover the regional specialities, foués,rillauds and crémets d’Anjou, among others will not have secret anymore for you. These dishes and many others will be served according to the seasons and to the market in our table d’hôte around a meal agreement dish and wine.
